Making the change happen--outstanding content over at The Whole 9--changing your life by changing your habits. Dean Dwyer is showing you how to make shi(f)t happen by actively pursuing answers to your questions! Content-- Robb Wolf has a redesigned website, the launch of his Budget Shopping Guide for the Paleo gig, and MovNat on the dang podcast! No sleep for Robb.
You are crying out for science, tribe? The Evolutionary Psychiatrist is the busiest woman in show bidness, with more dissection of study claims, this time on carbohydrates and mood. Check out Paul Jaminet's Perfect Health Diet--white rice, diabetes, and how data is spun. And John Durant, the Hunter Gatherer himself, discusses the potential of helpful viruses. Chris Kresser is weighing in on the Red Meat = Death recent media spinout here. That Paleo Guy pits longevity vs. happiness when it comes red meat intake...thanks Gene! And J.Stanton at Gnolls.org gets all up in more anthropology.
Feel the link love from Mark's Daily Apple with the usual smorgasbord, can't miss--recipes, fitness, music, science. Comprehensive stuff! Also some great practical food advice here. He is the king of portable primal/paleo nutrition. And more--Mark's reading list is up. Fantastic, MS, good stuff here.
Abel James, The Fat Burning Man discusses nutrition label claims and "fake food" versus real food, in multimedia form with podcast and video here. Stephan Guyenet shares more about "food reward" through a couple of recent media appearances at Whole Health Source. Media? How about Dr. Jack Kruse at TEDx Nashville--3/31!

Let's get this party started
"Your source for Paleo Blogosphere info since 2012"
I'll manically be reviewing the best of the paleo blogs--lifestyle, nutrition, science, etc.--and posting every few days. Reading a lot so you don't have to--
The evolutionary psychiatrist has been busy since her return from Paleo Fx--posting on trans fats, aggression, and the problems with observational studies here, and continuing her insightful look into inflammation and mental health with a Psychology Today piece here. Allergy sufferers, beware...AND Robb Wolf and crew have a don't miss post on nutrition, inflammation, and depression. Had enough yet? Not so fast, Archie. Even MORE stress and inflammation info from the brilliant Chris Kresser. I am sensing a theme here...and Melissa McEwen contemplates individualized reactions to varied dietary components in an eloquent post at Hunt.Gather.Love.
The crew at Whole 9 continue to tote the mail, bringing the message to the masses through their awesome seminars as detailed with video. From Utah to Jersey, they get around! That Paleo Guy has been getting around his own self, detailing his travel to Melbourne for a paleo summit, meeting some fellow Antipodeans for exchange of ideas. Anastasia from primalmeded was there and is announcing the 1st Australian Paleo weekend on her site, scheduled soon in May. Travel Down Under, anyone?
Mark's Daily Apple delivers the goods with a recipe for paleo crackers. Where was he last night when I ate those damn Triscuits? Ah, kale and coconut salad at Sweet Cheeks. There's outstanding looking recipes with photos from Free the Animal, along with a VERY cool vintage music video and some commentary from Richard Nikoley.
Dr. Jack Kruse is getting his Circadian endocrine physiology on, with a (paleo/primal) helping of cold thermogenesis theory. And J.Stanton over at Gnolls.org/ is doing his part, shown by his "snorkel powder" pics in the Sierras. Get your leptin sensitivity on, JS! He also has launched a new recommended reading list. Circadian exercise? Check out Wildfitness sunrise exercise plan. I like the exploratory run. You want more brain science? Stephan Guyenet at Whole Health Source discusses the biochemistry of "Food Lust." You know Oscar Wilde said the best way to deal with temptation was to yield to it, right? Stay on the path, Cavedwellers!
Dean Dwyer's friend gives you a path to converting that loved one to paleo at Being Primal. And Paul and Shou-Ching Jaminet, who have serious science cred, begin to explore nutrient fortification of "food" (read: industrially produced enriched grain products) at Perfect Health Diet.
Whew! That oughta keep you busy. Please tell me what you'd like to see, if anything, in the comments, along with suggestions for blogs to include. Catfish out, y'all.
